Our Expert Approach to Projects
We provide full software lifecycle development support, from planning, design and architecture, through to development, testing and deployment. We take a highly collaborative approach to our modernization and custom application development projects. We offer two models for client engagements – onsite at your offices or remote via MomentumSI’s Austin Integration and Development Center (AIDC), a secure facility co-located with our company headquarters.
In either model, we assign an architect who serves onsite at your offices as the project coordinator and as the technical leader of our development team. The rest of the development team will also work at your offices if you choose our onsite engagement model. However, if you choose our remote engagement model, the development and integration efforts for your projects are performed offsite at our AIDC.
Regardless of the model you choose, we ensure that you have visibility to your projects through a structured set of project management and development infrastructure tools (version control, automated builds and testing, requirements management, etc.). Your visibility to these tools is made through a secure network connection, allowing stakeholders to check status of the work at any time.
