The typical engagement model used in AIDC projects involves an onsite coordinator at the client location. This person serves as the technical leader of the AIDC team and interfaces with other development teams, architects, business owners and deployment teams for the client. The development and integration efforts are performed in Austin at the AIDC. A centralized PMO and development management group ensures consistency and quality across multiple client project teams as well as onsite management of the AIDC resources.

Visibility to the client is essential in any offsite project. MomentumSI ensures visibility through a structured set of project management and development infrastructure tools (version control, automated builds and testing, requirements management, et cetera). For each client, visibility to these tools for their ongoing project is made through a secure network connection, allowing client business owners to check status of the work at any time.
