Jeff Schneider, Chief Executive Officer

Jeff SchneiderJeff founded MomentumSI in 1997 and serves as its CEO and Chairman. As CEO, Jeff aligns the strategic goals of the company with those of the customers. As a hands-on CEO, he spends significant time working directly with client programs and keeps a close eye on disruptive technologies and paradigms. Jeff started his career at 3M working on supply chain and manufacturing systems. In 1996, he wrote the first book on Enterprise Java and continues to write for leading technology publications and is a frequent speaker related to emerging technologies. His concepts of service networks, enterprise vocabularies and the "service oriented enterprise" serve as a blueprint for companies to upgrade not only their enterprise architecture, but also their people and processes.

Tom Brown, Director of Operations

Tom Brown Tom Brown maintains Operations and ensures the efficient running of the behind- the-scenes activities. Classically trained in Economics at the University of Illinois, Tom spent more than a decade in the Health Care Industry. He comes to MomentumSI with experience as a multiple business owner and an efficiency expert. Tom coordinates relationships between, and the output of, Recruiting, HR, Sales, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, IT, Legal, Office Management and Business Development.


Alex Rosen, VP Enterprise Architecture Solutions

Alex RosenAlex Rosen leads the enterprise architecture practice, specializing in SOA and business process solutions. In his more than a decade of IT consulting, Alex has provided architectural strategy and led implementation teams on projects for CNN, Time Warner, Bank One, Sprint, and others. Prior to focusing on EAAlex developed significant subject matter expertise in content management and online commerce. In his role at MomentumSI Alex focuses on assisting customers with the practice of enterprise architecture, specifically as it relates to SOA initiatives. Alex and his team provide transformation services including EA and SOA program strategy and governance, infrastructure selection and implementation, service architecture and construction, and role-specific education and mentoring.


Ed Vazquez, VP Transformation Services

Ed Vazquez Ed Vazquez leads the Enterprise Transformation Practice. In his more than a decade of Web Application Management (including six years of SOA and Web Service Implementation Management), Ed has led major programs to transform enterprise Business and IT organizations with Sprint, Pfizer, and other companies. Prior to focusing on Enterprise Transformation and Innovation, Ed developed significant subject matter expertise in the SOA Lifecycle, SOA Governance, and Business Driven SOA. Ed graduated with both his Masters Degree and Bachelors Degree from the University of Kansas.


Kevin Sullivan, VP Software Development Services

Kevin SullivanKevin has responsibility for customer account development for the central region. Prior to MomentumSI, Kevin worked in various consulting capacities for several consulting firms and delivered client solutions for 3M, AMD, Dell, Farm Credit Bureau of Texas, the Office of the Governor, Texas Mutual Insurance, US Navy, and numerous start-ups. Kevin holds a B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.


Eric Zerneke, VP Sales - Eastern Region

Eric Zerneke Eric serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region responsible for account acquisition and development for all Fortune 1000 customers in Eastern North America. Eric has more than 13 years of experience in software and consulting, with previous positions in sales as Director of Sales and Marketing at MW2 Consulting and the Director of Sales and Business Alliances at Service Integrity. He has held director and principal positions at some of the fastest growth software companies including Inktomi, WebSpective and Open Environment Corporation (now Borland). Eric was also a co-founder of a leading services consulting company, NetNumina (now Keane).


Fletcher Swift, VP Sales - Western Region

Fletcher Swift Fletcher serves as Vice President of Sales for the Western Region, responsible for account acquisition, development and management in Western North America. Fletcher has worked in information technology since 1993, with previous positions as senior account executive at technology research leader Gartner Group, and as Director of Sales for US Interactive, a global system integrator, where he developed their Northern California practice, including a premier partnership with Commerce One. Fletcher holds a B.A. in Engineering and Management from McMaster University, and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of British Columbia.


Hjalmer Danielson, Director of Business Development

Hjalmer Danielson Hjalmer crafts and deploys MomentumSI’s alliance efforts. He has paid his dues in the start-up software world and is passionate about Systems Integration. Prior to MomentumSI, Hjalmer has worked to build business, marketing and mindshare at Gemini, Axiom Management Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Zamba Solutions. He holds and B.A. in Political Science from University of Colorado, and an Masters in Business Administration in International Business from Saint Mary’s College of Moraga.
